Our family was growing and we decided to leave Toronto and move to Whitby. We chose to use Aaron Balcom after getting a referral from a family member. I was impressed from our first conversation. His communication from every call, text message and email was clear and concise. Before we even began looking at potential properties he laid out a simple template for us to follow to get us ready for our sale and purchase. After Aaron arranged our photos and staging we put our place on the market. We had a signed deal for the sale within 48 hours. Once our place had sold we focused our attention to our purchase. After getting started we narrowed our search down to a specific neighborhood. At the time, inventory there was very low but he monitored the area diligently as we waited for properties to emerge within our criteria. The first property that met our criteria came on the market just a few days after our sale so we arranged a same day viewing.
